Job Position – Executive Housekeeper
Company Name – Flora Hospitality
With at least two years of experience in the same position or as an Assistant Executive housekeeper role in a 4/5 star International Hotel Chain, with a minimum of five years of overall housekeeping experience. Prior pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
Aspirant candidate should possess a Hotel Management Degree or equivalent qualification and be fluent in English. Additionally, He/she should have knowledge of HK protocol procedures and HK quality control, and have experience in leading and guiding a team of room attendants.
The candidate should also have housekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity, high commercial awareness and cost control capabilities, knowledge of Opera, the ability to work under pressure, excellent grooming standards, and exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
