With a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role within the exclusive 5-star luxury hospitality sector to join a prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be entrusted with the critical task of maintaining impeccable standards of service and cleanliness within the establishment. Your proven track record should include exceptional success in the following areas:

– Floor Management: Ensuring flawless guest room presentation.
– Public Area Management: Maintaining high standards in all public spaces.
– Laundry Operations Management: Overseeing efficient laundry operations.
– Office Management: Handling administrative duties effectively.
– Scheduling: Optimizing staff schedules for efficiency.
– Training: Developing and mentoring the housekeeping team.
– Budgeting and P&L Analysis: Expertise in managing budgets effectively.
– FORBES or LQA Standards: Familiarity with luxury standards is a significant advantage.

To excel in this role, you must possess:
– Extensive Experience in Large Luxury Properties: Proven track record in managing housekeeping operations within large, upscale properties.
– Contribution to Business Strategy: Ability to align with the strategic vision of the hotel and drive outstanding results.
– Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and lead the housekeeping team.
– Effective Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to address challenges efficiently.
