Job Position – Executive Secretary to Chairman
Company Name – Bin Murshed Group
Location – Abu Dhabi
Looking to hire a proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Business Consultancy or PRO/Legal industry within the UAE.
Role & Responsibilities:
– Prepare reports and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear action plans and follow-ups to be shared with the Chairman
– Manage and update Chairman’s calendar and appointments, reminding him about urgent matters
– Coordinate internal communications and manage communication with relevant departments
Must-haves:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
– Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
