Job Position – Executive Sous Chef

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
• Oversee menu planning, development, and execution
• Manage kitchen team performance, training, and development
• Monitor food cost, wastage control, and supplier management
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management for special events, promotions, and banquets
Requirements:
-Proven experience as Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques
-Knowledge of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen administration
– Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
