Facilities Management Engineer – Dubai
The hiring company is a leading event venue for events and exhibition and the ideal candidate should ensure the operations of the Facilities Management team, to identify and develop potential projects and handle all technical aspects of the facilities management and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
– Ensuring service contractor performance
– Leading the Service Delivery Management Team
– Assisting with developing and monitoring of annual operational FM budgets
– Liaising with government sectors like DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat etc, for inspections and approvals for all projects.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years facilities management experience
– Team leadership and management skills
– Strong MEP knowledge
– CAFM experience
