Job Position – Facility Engineer

Are you an experienced Facility Engineer with a strong background in high-end environments? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our Facilities Management team in the UAE.

Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Facility Engineer within the Facilities Management industry
2. Mandatory: Experience working in palace or royal residences
3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance practices, and asset management
4. Ability to manage operations, maintenance schedules, and service delivery
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
2. Ensure all systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.) are functioning efficiently
3. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
4. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
