Job Position – Facility Executive
Company Name – Rock Developments
Responsibilities
-Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
-Coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and third-party service providers
-Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve operational or maintenance issues
-Handle tenant requests and complaints related to facility services
-Monitor facility-related budgets, including maintenance and vendor contracts
-Coordinate with security, cleaning, and landscaping teams to maintain overall site standards
-Prepare periodic reports on facility performance and maintenance activities
-Support emergency response planning and handle urgent operation issues
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-1 to 3 years of experience in facility management – Preferably in real estate, malls, or commercial properties
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
-Good communication skills in Arabic and English
– Proficiency in MS Office software is a plus
Nice to Have
-Prior experience in a real estate developer
– Customer Service experience
– Experience in malls operation
