Job Position – Facility Manager

Al Bonian Facility Management Services LLC is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead operations across large-scale commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day Facilities Management operations ensuring smooth delivery of services across project.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with KPI, SLA, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and execute maintenance schedules, project plans, and resource allocation.
• Attend client meetings and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Monitor budget utilization, cost control, and vendor management.
• Implement HSE and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the FM operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing large commercial and residential projects in the UAE.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, planning, and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and FM best practices will be an advantage.
