Job Position – Facility Supervisor
Company Name – Cedar School
To oversee campus operations and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient school environment.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai (school experience mandatory)
· Strong knowledge of KHDA, Dubai Municipality (DM), DHA, and Civil Defense requirements for schools
· Proven ability to manage inspections, maintenance, and vendor coordination
· Experience overseeing canteen operations, purchasing, and health & safety compliance
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work proactively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the school’s facilities
· Ensure full compliance with KHDA, DM, DHA, and Civil Defense standards
· Coordinate inspections, maintenance schedules, and safety audits
· Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relations
· Supervise canteen operations, ensuring hygiene and safety standards
· Lead the school’s Health & Safety and Emergency Preparedness programs
