Job Position – F&B Maintenance Coordinator
Company Name – Rumailah
Hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across all our F&B units, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Task Include but not limited to:
– Schedule and coordinate maintenance work, including routine inspections, repairs, and replacements.
– Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders to maintenance technicians. Ensure timely completion and resolution of work
orders.
– Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and procedures. Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or
concerns.
– Maintain accurate inventory levels of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment. Order supplies as needed.
– Liaise with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and
coordination.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
– Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
– Participate in special projects, such as equipment installations, renovations, or other initiatives.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., facilities management,
maintenance) an asset.
– 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or a related field.
– Proficient in maintenance management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) or other relevant certifications an asset.
