Job Position – Female Housekeeping Manager
Responsible for managing and monitoring the housekeeping. Ensures the department operates according to the policies and procedures and that all housekeeping staff needs are met. Responsible for maintaining adequate cleaning supplies.
Facilities: Accommodation, transportation, and visa provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
– Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspect their work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
– Schedule staff shifts and organize replacements as required.
– Provide training for the housekeeping staff.
– Provide feedback to staff on their performance to improve service delivery
– Generate reports related to daily activities and budgeting needs of the household.
– Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
– Issue cleaning supplies and equipment, and household shopping to housekeeping staff as needed.
– Screen housekeeping applicants and recommend promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
Requirements:
– Possess a High School Diploma and a minimum work experience of 3-5 years managing a housekeeping team.
– Excellent organizational and team management skills.
– Good command of speaking, reading, and writing in English, and Arabic is an advantage.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
– Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
