Job Position – Secretary / Document Controller
Company Name – Bayaty Architects
Qualifications:
-Must have minimum 5 years’ work experience in a Consultancy / Engineering company in UAE.
Provide secretarial and administrative task for office such as:
-Organize all incoming and outgoing correspondences, submittals, technical and financial proposals, emails, tenders, RFP’s and relevant documents
-Record, copy, file, store all documents as a hard and soft copy, distributing documents, ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
-Write emails, memos, letters, RFQ’s, proposals and minutes of meetings, ensuring regulatory procedures and changes are followed.
-Assist with company presentations and technical reports.
-Record and organize existing projects.
-Managing all documents and drawings for the company implementing approved methods and tools.
-Organize, manage, follow up and update information related to the company’s registrations process on online portal such as (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc…)
