Job Position – Finance Coordinator

Fixed Salary: 6000 QAR
Languages: Arabic + English (Arabic is a must)
Shift : 7:00 to 2:30
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree

A highly organized and proactive Department Coordinator to join team. As a Department Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our department by overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication between team members. You will serve as the central point of contact for various department-related matters, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
– Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including managing correspondence, drafting documents, organizing files, and maintaining records. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as appropriate.

– Schedule and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage department schedules, appointments, and meetings. Ensure timely reminders and follow-up actions are implemented. Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.

– Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate department meetings, including preparing agendas, collating relevant materials, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment. Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

-Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying information, responding to inquiries, and ensuring effective communication within the department.

– Document Management: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

– Project Support: Assist with departmental projects by tracking progress, coordinating timelines, and facilitating communication among team members. Provide assistance in research, data analysis, and preparation of project documentation.

-Resource Allocation: Coordinate departmental resources, such as office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure availability and functionality of necessary resources for day-to-day operations.

– Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining departmental processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement approved changes and ensure adherence to established procedures.
