Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily financial operations and reporting
– Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
– Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate financial standards
– Lead and mentor the finance team
– Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
– Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
– Hospitality industry experience is a must
– Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
