Job Position – Finance Manager
Company Name – Flint International
To join team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience in the manpower supply industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s financial strategy, as well as providing financial support to other departments.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy
Manage the company’s financial reporting and analysis
Provide financial support to other departments
Oversee the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure that the company’s financial operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Identify and manage financial risks
Develop and implement cost-saving measures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Provide financial advice and guidance to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the manpower supply industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
