Job Position – Finance Manager
Company Name –

Responsibilities:
– Manage operations of the finance department which include Accounting, Treasury, Cost Control and Store
– Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, collection, cash management and other transactions).
– Manage Light Fields’ financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
– Manage management reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
– Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
– Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
– Oversee the process of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing.
– Direct the analysis of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans and agreed targets.
– Compile key business metrics and report on them to management.
– Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
– Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
– Ensure compliance of accounting and internal audit practices with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
– Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents and information.
– Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
– Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
– Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
– Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
– Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests through, providing financial data and financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios for management review.
– Experience in Odoo ERP software
– CFA certification is a plus
