Financial Analyst

Job Purpose:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization and the Group Companies. This role involves developing and maintaining financial models, analysing business trends, and preparing detailed reports that guide budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. The Financial Analyst collaborates closely with various departments/Group Companies to ensure accurate financial planning and to drive the organization’s financial performance in alignment with its strategic goals.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or related post graduate course.
– ACCA/CA/CPA is mandatory
– At least 5 years of accounting and reporting and – Financial Analyst experience
– Strong math, typing, and computer skills, including bookkeeping software.
– Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
– High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability and sound technical skills.
– Attention to detail and data entry skills.
– Advance excel competency and experience in automating/improving reports and processes
– Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
