At Seagull Maritime, seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Financial Manager to join the growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in maritime, shipping, logistics, or offshore operations. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening reporting processes, and supporting strategic business decisions across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
– Monitor cash flow and support overall financial stability
– Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance
– Support commercial and operational teams with financial insights
– Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
– Assist leadership with strategic planning and decision-making
– Manage and mentor the finance team
What We’re Looking For:
– 7–10+ years of finance and accounting experience
– Previous experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, or offshore industries preferred
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow, and compliance
– CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
