Job Position – Fit Out Project Engineer

Job Description

–     Supervise the execution of Fit-out Projects and coordinate with civil & MEP works during construction.
–     Strong technical experience in the fit-out industry and capable to lead design process from initiation to handing over.
–     Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
–     Should be experienced in handling the entire coordination of project related supplies, Local purchases, Logistics from project site inception stage to project completion.
–     Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.
–     Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.
Job Requirements:
–     4 to 8 years of experience in Dubai, UAE in building contracting sector (Fit-out and interior design works)
–     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Major: Architectural, Interior Design or Civil
–     Approved engineer from related authorities in Dubai (DM)
–     Driving license obtained and capable of commuting as per projects requirements
–     Availability: preferably immediate.
–     Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualifications
