Job Position – Fitness Manager

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 7–10 years of personal training experience in the UAE
– Proven experience in managing and leading a team of trainers
– Strong knowledge of fitness programs, client transformation, and member engagement
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to drive team performance, revenue, and client retention
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the fitness department
– Lead, train, and motivate the personal training team
– Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
– Develop and implement fitness programs and PT strategies
– Monitor team targets, KPIs, and overall performance
