Job Position – Fleet Executive

To join team as a in the Supply Chain department.
You’ll optimize processes and drive improvement initiatives in the supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities:
– Procurement coordination with suppliers for timely delivery
– Inventory monitoring and optimization strategies
– Management of cross-border and road freight operations
– Compliance with cross-border regulations (JAFZA)
– Distribution oversight across the GCC region
– Data management, analysis, and visualization for insights
– Shipment monitoring, documentation, and inquiries handling
– Operational intelligence implementation and process improvement
– Performance monitoring through KPIs and metrics
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, and logistics
– Understanding of cross-border operations and road freight logistics
– Proficiency in data management, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
– Adaptability to fast-paced environments
– Knowledge of import/export regulations and bonded movements (JAFZA)
