Qualification Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFM, PMP)
Advantage Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with a proven track record in consulting or project management (preferable)
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), energy management, and sustainability practices Software Skills: Proficiency in FM software (e.g., CMMS, CAFM), AutoCAD etc. Last date to apply 12th Sep 2024.
