Job Position – FM Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and MEP systems.
Familiarity with CAFM and BMS systems.
Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Sound knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to facilities management.
