Job Position – Food & Beverage Manager
Luxury Hotel, Dubai Marina
Location: Dubai Marina, UAE

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel F&B management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Will be responsible for managing the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, innovation, and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Handle VIP guests and special events, ensuring flawless execution.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in F&B operations, cost control, and revenue management.
• Excellent knowledge of international dining trends and guest preferences.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
