Job Position – Food Service Supervisor & Team Leader

You will oversee inpatient meal service operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of meals that align with dietary requirements. Your role involves guiding and motivating a diverse team to maintain exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising trayline, nourishment, and ward support operations
– Ensuring prompt meal delivery according to dietary guidelines
– Coaching and supporting food service staff to uphold high service standards
– Collaborating with nursing, dietitians, and operations teams for seamless service delivery
– Monitoring team grooming, etiquette, and hygiene practices
– Addressing issues promptly to enhance the patient experience
– Collecting patient experience feedback
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality food services
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to perform under pressure, handle shift work, and manage service recovery
– Proficiency in spoken Arabic is advantageous
– A trained Dietitian in the home country is preferred
