Job Position – Foreman / Site Supervisor
Company Name – Ratls Contracting
Experience: 4–6 years (UAE-based)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
• Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to project teams
• Ensure compliance with authority and company standards
• Report any delays, issues, or safety risks promptly
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge in civil works (concrete, steel, and finishing)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with UAE safety regulations and procedures
• Must be currently in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
