Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
– Must have high rise projects, minimum G-12
– Must be in the UAE.
3) Fire Sealant Engineer with minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sealant systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Specialize in Passive fire proofing, fire stopping, Floor coating and exterior insulation finishing systems.
-Conduct site inspections to assess fire protection requirements and recommend appropriate fire sealant solutions.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
-Review construction plans and specifications to determine fire sealant -requirements and provide technical guidance.
-Prepare detailed reports and documentation on fire sealant installations, including material specifications, quantities, and costs.
-Conduct fire resistance testing and evaluate the performance of fire sealant products.
-Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to fire sealants and fire protection systems.
-Provide training and support to construction teams on proper installation techniques and maintenance of fire sealant systems.
-Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality fire sealant products.
-Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to fire sealant installations.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
-Professional certification in fire protection engineering or a similar discipline.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing fire sealant systems.
-Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations.
-Experience working on commercial and industrial construction projects.
-Nationality preference for candidates with experience in local fire safety regulations.
-Proficiency in using fire sealant design software and other relevant technical tools.
-Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
-Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety.
