Job Position – Fresh Food Manager

Location : Ajman, UAE
Job Details:
Responsible for managing Fruits & Vegetables, Hot Food, Fishery, and Butchery sections. Ensures product quality, food safety, hygiene, and excellent customer service while driving sales and reducing waste.
Key Duties:
– Oversee daily fresh food operations
– Ensure food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP)
– Lead and train team for high service standards
– Manage inventory, reduce wastage, and control costs
– Recommend meal ideas and seasonal promotions
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Food Service
– 2+ years in fresh food retail
– Strong knowledge of hot food & fresh produce
– Fluent in English, Hindi; Arabic/Malayalam a plus
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
