Job Position – Front Desk Executive
Company Name – Amity Early Learning Centre
To join our team in Springs Meadows, Dubai. As the first point of contact, the successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage the reception area, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the Centre.
Requirements for the role include excellent communication skills, customer service skills, experience in receptionist duties, effective management of MS Office, and knowledge of student enrollment in KHDA portal. A Bachelor’s degree in any related field is also required, and experience in a Nursery set up is an added advantage.
The Front Desk Executive will also assist the Head of Admissions with student enrollment, registration and Centre tours. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, and can deliver excellent service in person and over the phone.
