Hiring Front Office Executive for one of client based in UAE
Nationality: Asian Preferred
Gender: Female
Key Role
– Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
– Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
– Informing the relevant employees of the arrival of visitors and necessary coordination, as necessary.
– Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
– Answering, forwarding, and screening all domestic and international phone calls.
– Scheduling appointments.
– Assisting the logistics department in receiving and dispatching couriers.
About the candidate.
-Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
-Excellent hospitality communication skills in English
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
-Good organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
-Age: Below 35 Years
-0-3 years of experience required
-Job Type: Full-time
-Salary: 4000 – 5000 per month based on the experience
-Selection will be based on Client interview
