Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining smooth check-in/check-out procedures. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience with hotel front office systems, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee front desk operations and staff.
– Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest satisfaction.
– Handle guest issues and coordinate with other departments.
– Train and schedule front office team.
– Manage reports, budgets, and compliance with hotel standards.
Requirements:
– 2-3 years of hotel front office experience (supervisory or managerial level).
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera).
– Hospitality degree/diploma preferred.
– Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
