Job Position – Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s front office operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
– Guest Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
– Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellmen, to provide outstanding service and maintain a positive working environment.
– Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for guests.
Reservations and Room Assignments: Oversee the reservation system, room assignments, and manage room inventory effectively.
– Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and ensure their resolution.
– Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
