Job Position – Front Office Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include taking orders, arranging couriers, managing phone calls, maintaining a tidy reception area, and performing various clerical tasks. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Job Qualifications:
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
· Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
· Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to take orders from clients both in person (walk-in) and by phone.
· Skills in selling and/or upgrading orders.
· Ability to arrange items in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
· Ability to perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and printing.
· Ability to maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
· Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Experience: receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
