2) Accounts Manager

- Salary: upon interview
Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Responsibility:
Monitor civil construction projects.
Oversee activities such as building,
Repairing, Restoration.
Civil Supervisors
Spent on construction sites to make sure all parties involved are performing up to par.
Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are
adequate Supervising the use of machinery and equipment.
Reporting the progress of construction projects to managers, supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel
Guaranteeing and implementing safety precautions while also ensuring that quality standards are met.
4) AC Technician (Chilled Water System)
With 5 years’ experience in – all aspect of contraction, fit-out and maintenance.

Responsibility:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of chillers used in commercial and industrial settings.
Experience in variety of cooling systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, and use their expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Work with customers to provide technical support and keep abreast of the latest industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance.
Carrying out regular inspections and maintenance

5) Cleaning Supervisor
With 3 years experience in Facility Management Industry
Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
Oversee staff on daily basis.
Provide scheduling of the team.
Implement work plan.
Handle Complaints and feedback of the clients.
Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
Check cleaning equipment.
Solve operational problems and make decisions.

Troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying the root causes of problems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
Flexible, team player, and able to take the initiative with minimum supervision.
Ability to work with industry specified tools (Handling hand tools, analogue/digital multi-meter, and insulation meter)
Able to carry out site inspection and assess condition of all types of building electrical systems and installations.
7) Plumber
With 2-3 years experience in Facility Management Industry.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances, in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Maintain and repair plumbing tools and equipment, and ensure they are in good working condition.
Perform regular maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems and ensure optimal performance.
Unclog drains, repair leaks, and replace faulty parts.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.
8) AC Technician
With 2-3 years experience in Facility Management Industry
Electrical knowledge, must speak fluent English
Well experience for split, ductable unit, and chiller FCU maintenance
Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance is required
Ability to meet client’s satisfaction, understand their problem, resolve the issue, fill up service report and obtain client acceptance.
9) FM Engineer
3-year experience in Facility Management Industry with knowledge in High Rise Building
Mechanical Engineering Degree
