Job Position – Functional Analyst & System Administrator

Are you passionate about Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure and Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS)? We’re looking for an experienced professional who can bridge business requirements, system implementation, and platform operations to support and enhance EV charging solutions.
Role Overview:
This role combines functional analysis, technical integration, and system administration to ensure the smooth operation, performance, and scalability of EV charging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document functional & technical requirements for EV/CPMS solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Configure, integrate, and support CPMS with enterprise systems
• Support UAT, issue tracking, and resolution
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reporting metrics
• Manage CPMS operations, security, users, roles, and permissions
• Monitor real-time charging station status and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for upgrades and incidents
• Support EV users on charging sessions, billing, and account queries
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
• Stay updated with EV protocols (OCPP, OCPI) and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 8+ years of experience in EV/ CPMS implementation and operations
• Hands-on experience with EV charging infrastructure & CPMS platforms
• Knowledge of OCPP /OCPI, REST APIs, JSON/ XML
• Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL)
• Programming/scripting exposure (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Perl, Ruby – preferred)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
