1) Construction Manager (Civil)
Mandatory Requirements:
– Proven UAE High-Rise Building experience with a Main Contractor.
– Strong leadership and site management experience.
– Ability to manage project execution from mobilization to handover.
– Excellent coordination with Clients, Consultants, Project Teams, and Subcontractors.
2) Senior Planning Engineer (Civil)
Mandatory Requirements:
– Ability to independently lead all planning requirements of a project.
– Thorough understanding of construction sequencing and project execution.
– Strong experience in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
– Proven expertise in Extension of Time (EOT) preparation, delay analysis, claims, and recovery programmes.
– Excellent coordination and reporting skills with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients.
3) HSE Officer
Mandatory Requirements:
– Proven High-Rise Building Construction experience.
– Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and statutory requirements.
– Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and safety audits.
– NEBOSH/IOSH certification will be an added advantage.
