To lead exciting new restaurant concept launching soon in Downtown Dubai!
-Currently based in the UAE.
-Fluent in English (spoken & written); Russian (spoken) Preferred.
-3–5 yrs of experience as a GM in elevated casual or fine-dining restaurants.
-Strong background in P&L management and operational planning.
-Experience in pre-opening project.
-Previous experience in the UAE.
-Deep understanding of guest experience and service excellence standards.
-Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
