To lead exciting new restaurant concept launching soon in Downtown Dubai!
– Currently based in the UAE.
– Fluent in English (spoken & written); Russian (spoken) Preferred.
– 3–5 yrs of experience as a GM in elevated casual or fine-dining restaurants.
– Strong background in P&L management and operational planning.
– Experience in pre-opening project.
– Previous experience in the UAE.
– Deep understanding of guest experience and service excellence standards.
– Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
