Job Position – General Manager
This role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in managing teams, ensuring compliance with governmental standards, and optimizing service delivery.
Responsibilities
– Oversee daily operations of the Amer Center to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
– Manage and lead a team, ensuring high morale and adherence to organizational standards.
– Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations and Amer Center policies.
– Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve business objectives.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and governmental bodies.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the government services sector, preferably in an Amer Center or similar field.
– Strong understanding of UAE government regulations, services, and compliance requirements.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
– Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
– Proficient in analyzing data, generating reports, and making strategic recommendations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
