Job Position – Genesys Technical Engineer

Contact Center Expertise to Manage, Administrator, Troubleshooting and maintain the Genesys application and infrastructure (Hands-on)
Expert on Contact Center-CRM integration
Good knowledge of API services
Expert on Genesys Configuration, Management and troubleshooting.
Expert on Contact center Dialer (Predictive, Progressive, Preview and Manual)
Expert on Social Media channels integration with Genesys
Good Knowledge on SIP trunk and troubleshooting SIP headers
Expert in Quality Management (QM)
Expert in Work Force Management (WFM) modules
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, PHP, Javascript
Expert on Genesys Contact Center Administration,
Good Knowledge on Genesys Operations, features like Supervisor, wallboard/dashoboard and reporting management
Minimum of 5 Year of experience in Genesys Contact Center / Telephony System
Knowledge in Linux server (RedHat / CentOS)
Hands-on Knowledge of SBC/Asterisk call manager
Good to have: shall/bash scripting knowledge
Exp – 8 to 10 years
Job location – Dubai, UAE
