Job Position – Greenkeeper III – Senior Operator

Hiring for a passionate, detail-oriented, professional to join Agronomy team
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, world-renowned golf club and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate all aspects of golf course maintenance machinery and equipment to a high standard, while unsupervised
-Ensure the golf course is set-up for play to a high standard – Ability to change holes while not receiving customer complaints.
-Irrigation and computer software knowledge is desirable but not essential.
-Ability to work within a high performing team to manage expectations delivered by senior management
-Flexibility to learn new skills or adapt to new management strategies set out by senior management
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years golf course maintenance experience at another highly regarded golf club.
-Health and Fitness should be to a high standard to endure the high physical demands of summer in the UAE.
-Middle East or Asian experience essential
-The successful applicant should be fluent in English, communication is key.
-The successful applicant should play OR take an interest in golf
