Job Position – Group Chef

Anatolian Restaurant Group | Dubai, UAE
To lead the culinary operations of three well-established Anatolian restaurants in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with strong expertise in Turkish/Anatolian cuisine to oversee multiple venues and drive culinary excellence.
Candidate Requirements
-Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and a trial shift
-Proven background in authentic Turkish/Anatolian cuisine
-Currently holding the position of Head Chef or Group Chef in the UAE
-Strong leadership experience managing large, multicultural kitchen teams
-Demonstrated expertise in menu development and seasonal menu planning
-Experience standardizing recipes and maintaining consistency across multiple outlets
-Strong understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and KPI management
-Experience with supplier sourcing and quality control
-Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
-Good communication skills in English and Turkish
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Creative mindset with a passion for innovation while respecting tradition
Salary & Benefits
25,000 AED per month
Monthly performance bonus per restaurant (based on KPIs)
Family status (visa, medical insurance, and annual ticket for family)

-6 days off per month
-30 days annual leave + public holidays
Yearly ticket home
