1) QA/QC (MEP MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL Engineer)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC professional with UAE construction experience to ensure quality standards and compliance across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures and maintaining project quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and monitor QA/QC plans, procedures, and ITPs
-Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with project specifications and standards
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality matters
-Review materials, method statements, and shop drawings
-Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, NCRs, and quality records
-Ensure compliance with local authorities, project requirements, and ISO standards
Requirements:
-Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in UAE construction projects
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
-Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality systems
-Experience with concrete, civil, and structural works (preferred)
-Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
-Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

3) MEP Draftsman
Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and experienced MEP Draftsman to join our MEP construction team in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
-Develop coordinated drawings and resolve clashes in coordination with engineers and BIM teams.
-Review IFC/consultant drawings and highlight discrepancies.
-Update drawings as per site conditions and engineer/client comments.
-Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
-Ensure drawings comply with UAE authority requirements (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Etihad Water & Electricity, Civil Defense, etc.).
-Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting. DM (Dubai Municipality) Certificate is mandatory.
-Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the UAE.
-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM experience is an advantage.
-Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and local standards.
