Job Position – Guest Relations Coordinator

Looking for a passionate and service-oriented Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience by ensuring personalized service, addressing guest needs, and maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience throughout their stay
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
– Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
– Assist in managing VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest preferences
– Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and follow up where required
– Support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional service standards
Requirements
– Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
– Professional appearance and positive attitude
– Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
– Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
