Job Position – Guest Services Executive

Onsite | Full-Time Employment
To join team managing high-end ground service requests from international travel partners. The majority of special ground services bookings are for the UAE, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with additional coverage across selected international destinations.
Key Scope:
The key scope includes managing ground services including meet and greet, airport transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, private tours, and tailored arrangements for high-end group events.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ related experience
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours
