– Expertise in coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty coffee trends.
– Strong knowledge of coffee bean sourcing, roasting profiles, and quality control.
– Skilled in managing daily operations, stock, and equipment maintenance.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
