Job Position – Head Chef
An Expertise in Japanese, Malaysian & Asian Cuisine – Dubai
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for culinary excellence, with a particular focus on Japanese, Malaysian, and broader Asian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
-Develop and innovate menu items with a focus on Japanese, Malaysian, and Asian fusion dishes.
-Manage kitchen staff, including training and performance management.
-Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior position in a top-tier restaurant.
-Expertise in Japanese, Malaysian, and Asian cuisine.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
-Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
