Who We’re Looking For:
-Expert in Caucasian cuisine, with optional regional familiarity.
-Renowned chef in Russia, UAE, or CIS with notable achievements.
-10+ years of professional culinary experience.
-Skilled in menu development & food cost management.
-Strong leadership & training abilities.
-Experienced in budgets, inventory, supplier management & food safety.(HACCP).
-Locally available in the UAE.
-Russian speaker or Russian national.
