Job Position – Head Mechanic

To announce an outstanding career opportunity for a to join dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent, the chosen candidate will hold a crucial role in proactively maintaining and repairing all golf course machinery and vehicles including the golf cart fleet.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills leading a team of dedicated mechanics, ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, and oversees the maintenance workshop, managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Prior experience at a Troon managed facility’s is preferred however not mandatory.
