Job Position – Head of Accounting
Company Name – Kingston Stanley
To lead all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities across UAE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee AR, AP, GL, and monthly/annual closing
• Ensure strong internal controls (IFRS & local GAAP)
• Manage export billing across 40+ markets
• Lead cost accounting, product costing & inventory valuation
• Drive audit readiness, tax compliance & governance
• Develop and mentor the accounting team
• Support process automation and ERP enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience, including 5+ in manufacturing/lubricants
• Strong IFRS, cost accounting & multi-market experience
• ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics)
Salary: 30-35k AED
