Hiring Job Title: Helpdesk Support Engineer
Job Description:
Helpdesk Support Engineer, Shall have at least 5 Years hands-on experience on end user direct support for laptops, workstations, servers, Operating Systems, Application and software & Systems, IP Phones, CCTV, Attendance proficiency and other systems such as Microsoft Products/Cisco Products, the candidate must have skills to troubleshoot issues on timely manner with effective communications skills, the candidate must have basic skills in networking, Operating Systems, Software and applications, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree on computer science or engineering or any equivalent degrees.
