Role Summary
A prominent female VIP principal in Dubai is seeking a polished and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth running of her private household and support her day-to-day personal and lifestyle needs. The role requires high attention to detail, discretion, and excellent management and coordination skills. Regular international travel will be required.
Responsibilities
– Manage all daily operations of the residence and oversee interior household
– Provide direct support to the female principal across all personal matters
– Coordinate schedules, diaries, appointments, travel, and household logistics
– Travel with the principal to Europe, the UK, and other destinations
– Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
– Assist with budgeting, household inventory, and small project coordination
Qualifications and Skills
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in UHNW households, palaces, or superyachts
– Strong background as House Manager, Palace Manager
– Fluent in English
– Must be flexible and available for frequent international travel
– EU or UK passport preferred for ease of travel logistics
